One can control his or her weight by doing regular exercise. You can see that exercise wins always if you compare diet with exercise.

In a recent research in University of Chicago researchers found that few obese women who agreed to follow on of the below weight control program: a low-carbohydrate diet, a low-fat diet or daily aerobic exercise with no diet. They found after 10 weeks that exercisers lost significantly more weight and more fat in the body than those who were following other groups.

But the question often arises that how much exercise one need for weight loss and overcome from obesity?

30 to 60 minutes of physical activity is must on every day basis that is recommended by experts.

You can walk 1 Km every day and hardly it takes 15 minutes. With that you can lose 10 pounds of fat in a year. It like something that anyone can do without any extra effort. There are few daily activities that can also help you to control your weight such as carrying objects, fidgeting, climbing stairs can help you to control your weight and obesity.
